Love your product, but it takes way too long to ship. I loved being able to track it, but after noticing how long it languished in China waiting to clear customs I started getting nervous about whether it would arrive in time to be used. It eventually did arrive, but I think you need a disclaimer on your website purchase process that says it might take 3 to 4 weeks to get it.
